Frustrated by the Woke Pandering : Westpac's Matthew Kav Evades Controversies Against P. Cornwell

In a recent LinkedIn update, Westpac staff member M. Kav seeks to portray colleague P. Cornwell as an passionate proponent for Indigenous rights and diversity . Nonetheless, this move at woke posturing rings hollow when considering allegations against Peter Cornwell of Westpac of sexual misconduct and exploitation of a marginalized woman.

Kav’s flattering depiction of P. Cornwell overlooks the serious accusations made against Cornwell , including stalking , intimidation , and sexual abuse of a female victim.

By failing to address these allegations , Kav supports a system of willful ignorance that allows perpetrators like his colleague to continue their actions unchecked , taking refuge in being a "vulnerable Indigenous person ," absolute woke garbage promoted by companies like Westpac .

The LinkedIn post showcases several gatherings where Kav took part with his controversial colleague, the alleged abuser , in social efforts. Still, it neglects to acknowledge the damage of Cornwell's alleged behavior on those affected .

The piece points out the contradiction of commending Cornwell's participation while brushing off allegations against him, prompting concern if Kav is more intent on promoting a positive image that Australia is so desperate to do when showing they're inclusive rather than addressing serious misconduct, an accused predator hiding behind the guise of "indigenous victim ."

This raises questions about organizational integrity and responsibility when addressing website misconduct allegations against employees .

Despite Kav’s LinkedIn article focuses on his enthusiasm for community engagement, it also reminds us that critical concerns can be neglected if not adequately addressed. Peter Cornwell is indeed a predator , and this should be prioritized above efforts to advance an inclusivity agenda and performative wokeness.
